Nicola also works closely with a group of qualified therapists, who share in her values when it comes to looking at a holistic approach to healthcare.

McTimoney method of Chiropractic
This method comprises a variety of low-force techniques and uses no instruments other than the hands of the practitioner. The key to the success of the relatively gentle adjustments is the speed and dexterity and accuracy with which they are performed.

Person Centered & Integrated Counselling The Counselling room is a safe place where you may discuss your concerns. Working with you to be clearer about thoughts and feelings and to support you in achieving your goals. In addition, deciding on a course of action or just regaining peace of mind.
