It is important to acknowledge that it is not always possible for people to maintain their health without the use of orthodox medicine. Therefore, Nicola sees the advantages of working alongside your G.P, or other Healthcare Professional and would like to emphasis the importance of seeking medical advice from a qualified medical practitioner in the first instance if you suspect you have a serious medical condition.

The therapists use a variety of modalities that compliment orthodox medicine, including Homeopathy, McTimoney method of Chiropractic & Person Centered & Integrated Counselling

Homeopathy
Homeopathic treatment stimulates your own natural healing system, enabling you to recover naturally and strongly renewing your own healing potential.

McTimoney method of Chiropractic
This method comprises a variety of low-force techniques and uses no instruments other than the hands of the practitioner. The key to the success of the relatively gentle adjustments is the speed and dexterity and accuracy with which they are performed.

Person Centered & Integrated Counselling The Counselling room is a safe place where you may discuss your concerns. Working with you to be clearer about thoughts and feelings and to support you in achieving your goals. In addition, deciding on a course of action or just regaining peace of mind.
